Sec. 155.053. PUBLIC MEMBER PARTICIPATION IN EXAMINATION.
(a)A public member of the board may not participate in the preparation of an examination used to examine the academic and professional credentials of a license applicant or to examine the applicant orally or in writing.
(b)Each public member shall be given notice of, and may be present at, each examination or deliberation concerning the results of an examination and may participate in the development and establishment of the procedures and criteria for each examination.
