Sec. 1305.253. HEARINGS; ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURE.

(a)If the department proposes to deny a license or take disciplinary action against a license holder, the license holder is entitled to a hearing.
(b)The proceedings relating to a license denial and disciplinary action by the department under this chapter are governed by Chapter 2001 , Government Code.
