Sec. 1301.553. PLUMBING INSPECTIONS IN MUNICIPALITY THAT OVERLAPS ANOTHER POLITICAL SUBDIVISION. If the boundaries of a municipality and another political subdivision overlap, only the affected municipality may perform a plumbing inspection and collect a permit fee. SUBCHAPTER M.
