Sec. 1201.155. DISCLAIMER OF IMPLIED WARRANTY. The seller's proper provision of the warranties and notices as required by Subchapter H or J is a valid disclaimer of an implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or of merchantability as described by Chapter 2 , Business & Commerce Code.
