Sec. 1104.216. MOTION FOR REHEARING.

(a)A party may file a motion for rehearing with the board. The motion must state:
(1)the specific grounds for rehearing; and
(2)the relief sought.
(b)A motion for rehearing filed under this section is governed by Chapter 2001 , Government Code.
