Sec. 1103.214. DENIAL OF CERTIFICATE OR LICENSE RENEWAL.

(a)The board may deny the renewal of a certificate or license issued under this chapter if the applicant is in violation of a board order.
(b)The denial of a certificate or license renewal under this section is subject to the same provisions as are applicable under Section 1103.210 to the denial of a certificate or license. SUBCHAPTER F. APPRAISER EXAMINATION
