Sec. 1102.206. DENIAL OF LICENSE RENEWAL.

(a)The commission may deny the renewal of a license if the applicant is in violation of a commission order.
(b)The provisions of Section 1101.459 governing the commission's denial of a license renewal under that chapter apply to the commission's denial of a license renewal under this chapter. SUBCHAPTER F. LICENSE FEES
