Sec. 1101.758. CRIMINAL PENALTY FOR CERTAIN VIOLATIONS BY BROKER, SALES AGENT, OR CERTIFICATE HOLDER.

(a)A person commits an offense if the person acts as a broker or sales agent without holding a license under this chapter or engages in an activity for which a certificate of registration is required under this chapter without holding a certificate.
(b)An offense under this section is a Class A misdemeanor.
(c)to (e) Repealed by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1276, Sec. 14A.162(b).
