Sec. 1101.3015. FEE FOR EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM.

(a)Except as provided by Subsection (b), the commission may not charge more than one fee for the approval of an application to offer an educational program or course of study under this subchapter in multiple formats, including in person, online, or as a correspondence course.
(b)The commission may adopt a fee schedule to charge a separate fee for each format in which a provider offers an educational program or course of study only if the commission by rule has adopted a policy regarding educational programs or courses of study that are offered in multiple formats.
