Sec. 1101.061. EDUCATIONAL PRESENTATIONS.

(a)A member of the commission or a commission employee may make a presentation to a group of license holders for which the license holders may receive credit under Section 1101.455 . The commission member or employee may not receive compensation for the presentation.
(b)Notwithstanding Subsection (a), a commission member or employee may receive reimbursement for reasonable travel expenses. SUBCHAPTER C. EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR AND OTHER COMMISSION PERSONNEL
