Sec. 110.302. LICENSE REQUIREMENTS.
(a)The council by rule shall develop procedures and eligibility and other requirements for issuance of a license under this chapter, including, if appropriate, requirements related to clinical practice experience and assessment, continuing education, and supervision.
(b)In developing the rules, the council shall coordinate with the Texas Department of Criminal Justice and the Texas Juvenile Justice Department.
