Sec. 1051.505. RESTITUTION.

(a)The board may order a person registered under this subtitle to pay restitution to a consumer instead of or in addition to assessing an administrative penalty under this chapter.
(b)The amount of restitution ordered by the board may not exceed the amount the consumer paid the person for a service regulated under this subtitle.
