Sec. 1051.455. HEARING.
(a)If the person requests a hearing or fails to respond timely to notice under Section 1051.453(c), the board shall set a hearing and give notice of the hearing to the person.
(b)A proceeding under this section relating to an architect, a landscape architect, or an interior designer is subject to Chapter 2001, Government Code.
