Sec. 1051.251. PUBLIC INTEREST INFORMATION; DISPLAY OF CERTIFICATE.

(a)The board shall prepare information of public interest describing the functions of the board and the procedures by which complaints are filed with and resolved by the board. The information must include information for prospective applicants regarding the qualifications and requirements for registration under this subtitle.
(b)The board shall make the information available to the public and appropriate state agencies.
(c)In each written contract in which a person registered under this subtitle agrees to practice the person's profession in this state, the person shall include the name, mailing address, and telephone number of the board and a statement that the board has jurisdiction over a person registered under this
