Sec. 1051.151. EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR; DUTIES REGARDING MONEY.
(a)The board may employ an executive director to conduct the affairs of the board under the board's direction. The executive director shall receive a salary in an amount determined by the board.
(b)The executive director shall receive and account for any money derived, including any fee collected, under this chapter.
