Sec. 1001.456. REISSUANCE OF REVOKED LICENSE. The board may reissue a license to a person whose license has been revoked if the board has sufficient reason to reissue the license. At least six board members must vote for reissuance of the license. A new license may be issued in accordance with board rules. SUBCHAPTER K. ADMINISTRATIVE PENALTY
