Sec. 1001.455. APPEAL OF LICENSE REVOCATION. A person whose license has been revoked may file suit to annul or vacate the board's order revoking the license. The person may file the suit in the district court of the county in which:
(1)the person resides; or
(2)the alleged conduct that is the ground for revocation occurred.
