Sec. 1001.312. REPLACEMENT LICENSE. The board, subject to board rules, may issue a new license to replace a license issued under this chapter that is lost, destroyed, or mutilated. SUBCHAPTER H. ENGINEERING LICENSE OR REGISTRATION RENEWAL
