Sec. 51.297. RECORDING EASEMENTS.

(a)Each easement granted under this subchapter shall be recorded in the county clerk's office of the county in which the land is located, and the recording fee shall be paid by the person who obtains the easement.
(b)The person who obtains an easement under this subchapter shall furnish to the commissioner a certified copy of the easement.
