Sec. 33.2041. COASTAL COORDINATION ADVISORY COMMITTEE.
(a)The commissioner by rule shall establish the Coastal Coordination Advisory Committee to advise the commissioner on matters related to the coastal management program. The committee shall consist of:
(1)a representative of each of the following entities designated by the presiding officer of that entity:
(A)the land office;
(B)the Parks and Wildlife Department;
(C)the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality;
(D)the Railroad Commission of Texas;
(E)the Texas Water Development Board;
(F)the Texas Department of Transportation;
(G)the State Soil and Water Conservation Board; and
(H)the Texas Sea Grant College Program to serve as a nonvoting member; and
(2)the following members to be appointed by the commissioner:
