Sec. 32.113. EXEMPTION FROM CERTAIN REAL ESTATE TRANSACTION LAWS.

(a)Unless the statute specifically states that the statute applies to the board, the following statutes do not apply to the board:
(1)a statute that would require the board to provide a notice or disclosure to a buyer of real property; and
(2)a statute relating to the sale, purchase, or financing of real property by an executory contract, including a contract for deed or other similar sale.
(b)This section does not affect the application of a statute described by Subsection (a)(2) to a party involved in a transaction with the board. SUBCHAPTER E. CONDITIONS OF LEASES
