Sec. 21.077. UNIT OF MEASUREMENT. The unit of measurement in this subchapter has the following values, based on the International Meter established by the National Bureau of Standards:
(1)one meter = 39.37 inches exactly;
(2)one U.S. survey foot = 0.3048006096 meter;
(3)one vara = 33-1/3 inches exactly; and
(4)one international foot = 0.3048 meter exactly.
