Sec. 161.032. STANDARDS OF CONDUCT.
(a)The board shall provide to its members and employees as often as is necessary information regarding their qualifications under this chapter and their responsibilities under applicable laws relating to standards of conduct for state officers or employees.
(b)The employees referred to in Subsection (a) of this section are the employees of the board and the employees of the land office that support the board.
