Sec. 501.312. EXECUTION AND VERIFICATION OF RESTATED CERTIFICATE OF FORMATION.

(a)Originals of the restated certificate of formation shall be executed on behalf of the corporation by the president or a vice president of the corporation and by the secretary or an assistant secretary of the corporation.
(b)One of the officers who signs the restated certificate of formation shall verify the restated certificate.
