Sec. 501.212. INTERIM BONDS.
(a)Before the preparation of definitive bonds, the corporation may, under like restrictions, issue interim bonds that may be exchanged for definitive bonds when the definitive bonds are executed and available for delivery.
(b)The corporation may issue interim bonds with or without coupons.
