Sec. 394.036. ACCEPTANCE OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE.

(a)A housing finance corporation may apply for and accept, on its own behalf or on behalf of another person, advances, loans, grants, contributions, guarantees, rent supplements, mortgage assistance, and other forms of financial assistance from the federal government, the state, a county, a municipality, or any other public or quasi-public body, corporation, or foundation, or from any other public or private source, for any of the purposes of this chapter.
(b)The corporation may include reasonable and appropriate terms, not inconsistent with the purposes of this chapter, in any contract for financial assistance obtained under this section.
