Sec. 394.033. CORPORATE NAME; DURATION; SEAL.

(a)A housing finance corporation may have perpetual succession under its corporate name, unless a limited period of duration is stated in the articles of incorporation, and may sue and be sued, and complain and defend, under its corporate name.
(b)A housing finance corporation may have a corporate seal, which may be altered at will, and may use the seal by causing it, or a facsimile of it, to be impressed on, affixed to, or otherwise reproduced on any instrument required to be executed by the corporation's officers.
