Sec. 375.302. CONSTRUCTION OF SUBCHAPTER.
(a)This subchapter shall be liberally construed in conformity with the findings and purposes stated in Section 375.301 .
(b)Except as provided by this subchapter, the other provisions of this chapter apply to an authority created under this subchapter.
