Sec. 375.205. APPROVAL BY ATTORNEY GENERAL; REGISTRATION.
(a)The district shall submit bonds and the appropriate proceedings authorizing their issuance to the attorney general for examination. This subsection applies only to bonds that are public securities, as that term is defined by Section 1202.001 , Government Code.
(b)If the bonds recite that they are secured by a pledge of assessments, impact fees, revenues, or rentals from a contract or lease, the district also shall submit to the attorney general a copy of the assessment procedures, impact fee procedures, contract, or lease and the proceedings relating to it.
(c)If the attorney general finds that the bonds have been authorized and any assessment, contract, or lease has been made in accordance with law, the attorney general shall
