Sec. 361.053. REVENUE BONDS.

(a)An entity may issue revenue bonds, without approval of the bonds at an election, for the purposes herein provided pursuant to a resolution which prescribes the terms and conditions for the payment of the principal of and interest thereon, and such revenue bonds may be secured by the revenues of an entity as described in Section 361.052 , but in no event shall an entity be authorized to levy ad valorem taxes to pay all or part of such principal or interest.
(b)Revenue bonds issued under this section are not a debt or pledge of the faith and credit or the taxing power of the state or the entity but are payable solely from revenues arising under this section that are pledged to the repayment of the revenue bonds.
