Sec. 351.133. DISTRICT OFFICE; MEETINGS; MINUTES; RECORDS; SEAL.

(a)The board shall maintain a main office in the district for conducting the business of the district. The board shall maintain any other offices and stations necessary to carry out this subchapter.
(b)The board shall hold regular meetings at the main office at least once each month on a date established by rule of the board.
(c)The board shall keep a complete written account of all its meetings and other proceedings, and shall maintain the records of the district in a secure manner.
(d)Records of the district are subject to Chapter 552 , Government Code.
(e)The board shall adopt a seal for the district.
(f)The preservation, microfilming, destruction, or other disposition of the records of the district is subject to the
