Sec. 351.127. CONFIRMATION ELECTION.

(a)Within 30 days after the date all temporary directors have been appointed and have qualified, the board of a proposed district shall meet and call an election to be held within the boundaries of the proposed district to confirm the creation of the district.
(b)The board shall give notice of the election. The notice must state the day and places for holding the election and the proposition to be voted on.
(c)The board shall publish the notice of the election at least once in a newspaper or newspapers of general circulation in the area of the proposed district. The notice must be published before the 30th day before the date set for the election.
(d)The ballot for the election must be printed to provide for voting for or against the proposition: "T
