Sec. 344.158. REIMBURSEMENT FOR SERVICES.

(a)A county or municipality located outside the boundaries of a district on the district's request shall reimburse the district for the district's cost of including a resident of that county or municipality who is not a resident of that district in a district program.
(b)On behalf of the district, the board may contract with a municipal or county government or with the state or federal government for the municipal, county, state, or federal government to reimburse the district for including a person in a district program.
