Sec. 334.0415. USE OF FINANCING FOR CERTAIN PROJECTS. Notwithstanding any other provision of this chapter, a municipality or county, or an entity created by or acting on behalf of or in conjunction with a municipality or county, that contracts with a professional sports team or the team's owner or representative on or before November 1, 1998, for the team to relocate and play at an arena, coliseum, or stadium in the municipality or county may not use any method of financing authorized by this chapter to finance the acquisition or construction of the arena, coliseum, or stadium if the team is playing under an existing contract and is located in another arena, coliseum, or stadium owned by a different municipality or county in this state unless the governing body of that different municipali
