Sec. 334.0242. ELECTION ON USE OF TAXES TO IMPROVE OR MAINTAIN VENUE PROJECT.

(a)Except as provided by Subsection (e), if one or more methods of financing have been approved at an election held under Section 334.024 , the governing body of the municipality or county imposing the method may order an election on the question of approving the use of revenue derived from one or more approved methods to finance a related venue project.
(b)The ballot at the election held under this section must be printed to permit voting for or against the proposition: "Authorizing __________ (insert name of municipality or county) to use an amount not to exceed __________ (insert percentage of tax revenue or dollar amount of revenue to be used for each type of tax) of the revenue derived from the __________
