Sec. 322.074. APPROVAL AND REGISTRATION.
(a)Before the bonds are delivered to the purchaser, the bonds and the records pertaining to the bonds must be submitted to the attorney general for examination and approval. The attorney general shall approve the bonds if issued in accordance with this subchapter.
(b)Bonds approved by the attorney general and registered with the comptroller of public accounts are incontestable.
