Sec. 231.108. COMMISSION DUTIES; RULES.

(a)The commissioners court may assign the lake planning commission any duties that the court considers appropriate and that are not inconsistent with this subchapter.
(b)The commissioners court shall adopt rules governing the operations of the commission.
