Sec. 231.054. PENALTY. A person commits an offense if the person violates a regulation adopted under this subchapter. An offense under this section is a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not less than $100 or by confinement in county jail for a term of not less than 10 days or more than two years. SUBCHAPTER E.
