Sec. 152.902. COMPENSATION FOR RESERVE DEPUTY CONSTABLES.
(a)The commissioners court of a county may compensate a reserve deputy constable as provided by law for the compensation of a deputy constable.
(b)The commissioners court may reimburse a reserve deputy constable for reasonable and necessary expenses incurred in the performance of official duties.
