Sec. 152.075. COMPENSATION FOR RESERVE DEPUTY SHERIFFS.

(a)The commissioners court of a county may compensate a reserve deputy sheriff as provided by law for the compensation of a deputy sheriff.
(b)The commissioners court may reimburse a reserve deputy sheriff for reasonable and necessary expenses incurred in the performance of official duties. SUBCHAPTER Z. MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS
