Sec. 143.091. ELIGIBILITY FOR CIVILIAN OVERSIGHT BOARD. A person is not eligible to serve on a civilian oversight board if the person has been convicted of or placed on deferred adjudication community supervision for a felony offense. SUBCHAPTER G. PROVISIONS APPLICABLE TO MUNICIPALITY WITH POPULATION OF 1.5 MILLION OR MORE AND CERTAIN OTHER MUNICIPALITIES
