Sec. 51.0363. NOTICE OF COMMISSION ACTION.
(a)The commission shall mail to each party to the appeal under Section 51.0362 notice of:
(1)the commission's decision;
(2)the violation;
(3)the amount of any penalty assessed; and
(4)the person's right to judicial review of the order.
(b)The notice shall be mailed to a party's last known address, as shown by commission records.
