Sec. 413.041. DISCLOSURE.

(a)Each health care practitioner shall disclose to the division the identity of any health care provider in which the health care practitioner, or the health care provider that employs the health care practitioner, has a financial interest. The health care practitioner shall make the disclosure in the manner provided by commissioner rule.
(b)The commissioner shall require by rule that a doctor disclose financial interests in other health care providers as a condition of registration for the approved doctor list established under Section 408.023 and shall define "financial interest" for purposes of this section as provided by analogous federal regulations.
