Sec. 409.024. TERMINATION OR REDUCTION OF BENEFITS; NOTICE; ADMINISTRATIVE VIOLATION.
(a)An insurance carrier shall file with the division a notice of termination or reduction of benefits, including the reasons for the termination or reduction, not later than the 10th day after the date on which benefits are terminated or reduced.
(b)An insurance carrier commits an administrative violation if the insurance carrier does not have reasonable grounds to terminate or reduce benefits, as determined by the commissioner.
