Sec. 402.066. RECOMMENDATIONS TO LEGISLATURE.
(a)The commissioner shall consider and recommend to the legislature changes to this subtitle.
(b)The commissioner shall forward the recommended changes to the legislature not later than December 1 of each even-numbered year.
