Sec. 21.015. SIGNATURE OF FORMER OFFICER. If an officer whose signature or facsimile signature appears on a bond or whose facsimile signature appears on a coupon ceases to be an officer before the delivery of the bond, the signature is valid and sufficient for all purposes as if he had remained in office until the delivery had been made.
