Sec. 941.206. HAZARDOUS FINANCIAL CONDITION, SUPERVISION, CONSERVATORSHIP, AND LIQUIDATION; IMPAIRMENT OF SURPLUS.

(a)Subchapter A , Chapter 404 , and Chapters 441 and 443 apply to a Lloyd's plan engaged in the business of insurance in this state.
(b)Subchapter B , Chapter 404 , applies to a Lloyd's plan. SUBCHAPTER F. REGULATION OF LLOYD'S PLAN
