Sec. 911.154. CONTRACT TERMS: ADOPTION OF ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS.
(a)A farm mutual insurance company may adopt as part of the company's bylaws and insurance policies any provision contained in the standard policies of companies writing fire or windstorm insurance as adopted by the commissioner to the extent the provision applies to a farm mutual insurance company.
(b)A company that adopts a provision as provided by Subsection (a) shall state in the company's bylaws or in each policy issued by the company that the provision has been adopted as provided by Subsection (a).
