Sec. 911.153. CONTRACT TERMS: INCORPORATION OF BYLAWS.

(a)A farm mutual insurance company's bylaws are part of each contract between the company and an insured.
(b)Each policy issued by the company must state that the company's bylaws are part of the contract.
