Sec. 887.704. VIOLATION OF COMMISSIONER ORDER; CRIMINAL PENALTY.
(a)A director, officer, agent, employee, attorney at law, or attorney in fact of an association commits an offense if the person wilfully fails to comply with a lawful order of the commissioner.
(b)An offense under this section is punishable by:
(1)a fine not to exceed $500;
(2)confinement in jail for a term not to exceed six months; or
(3)both the fine and confinement.
